Span-Grout Polymer White Cement Base Tile Grout used for internal /external tile & Stone joint.

  • Enhance the décor of interiors/exterior application
  • It is suitable for grouting of ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, double charge tiles, marbles, granites, kota stone, mosaic, natural and artificial stone for walls and floors.
  • Recommended for use having a tile joint of 1-6 mm width.
  • Temperature range for application from +5 degree C +40 degree C
  • Foot traffic 12 to 24 hrs.

Specification

Surface Preparation
  • Ensure tile joints are clean, dry, and free from dust and debris
Mixing Instructions
  • Gradually add grout powder to clean water while stirring continuously
    • Mix until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved 
Application Method
  • Apply grout using a rubber float, pressing firmly into the joints
    • Remove excess grout with a damp sponge within 30 minutes of application
    • After 24 hours, clean the surface with a dry cloth or mild detergent
Storage & Shelf Life
  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight
    • Shelf life: 12 months in original, sealed packaging

    • Ensure proper ventilation during mixing and application.

    • Do not ingest. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking while handling the product.
    • Store out of reach of children and pets.
    • Clean tools and spills immediately to prevent hardening or slipping hazards.
    • Dispose of unused material and packaging in accordance with local environmental laws.
